1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the gv666 website accessible at gv666.ws, including all associated pages, services, applications, and features made available thereon.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Balance" refers to the total monetary value held within a Player's Account, including real-money funds and eligible bonus amounts where separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, deposit match amounts, or incentive-based funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiplier applied to a Bonus amount that a Player must wager before the Bonus Funds or derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited under applicable local law.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the reference time zone for all Platform operations, promotional schedules, and support hours.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, promotional terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific section of a game's rules expressly states otherwise.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that individual to these Terms, and that the individual meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the full range of gv666 services, you must register for an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. gv666 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. gv666 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You agree to notify gv666 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

gv666 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence); proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement); and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile wallet, card image). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4 Age Verification

Access to the gv666 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. gv666 employs age verification procedures and may require documentary proof of age at any time.

If gv666 reasonably suspects that a Player may be under the age of 21, the Company reserves the right to suspend the Account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any bets or wagers placed during the period of suspected underage access pending satisfactory age verification. Any funds deposited by a person found to be under the age of 21 will be returned to the original payment method where technically feasible; however, no winnings generated during the period of underage access will be paid.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gv666 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods where available to the Player's account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, BTC, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 or the equivalent in the applicable currency. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. gv666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's Account must be fully verified under the KYC process described in Section 3.4; (b) the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 or the equivalent in the applicable currency; (c) withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible; (d) gv666 targets a processing time of one to three business days for standard withdrawals, though processing times may vary based on the payment method and volume of requests. The Company does not guarantee withdrawal processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

5.4 Currency

The primary account currency on gv666 is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit. Exchange rate fluctuations are borne by the Player; gv666 is not responsible for losses arising from currency conversion.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available through the gv666 Platform are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of its availability. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion's individual terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall govern in relation to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement of no less than 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of funds attributable to the bonus may be made. Wagers placed on certain game types (including but not limited to low-margin table games) may contribute a reduced percentage toward the wagering requirement, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

gv666 monitors betting patterns and account activity to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on all outcomes of a market to guarantee a profit regardless of the result; creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour. In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, gv666 reserves the right to void any winnings generated from the bonus, cancel outstanding bonuses, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the gv666 Platform are subject to acceptance by the Company. gv666 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the bet exceeds the applicable stake limit; the event or market has been suspended; a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; or the integrity of the event is in question.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by gv666 at any time without prior notice. Players who consistently place bets near or at the maximum stake limit may have individual limits applied to their Account.

7.3 Errors and Omissions

In the event of a manifest pricing or technical error — including incorrectly displayed odds, incorrect game payouts, or software malfunctions — gv666 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore the Account balance to its state prior to the erroneous wager. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such errors.

7.4 Cricket & Sports Betting

Sports betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other cricket fixtures are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the Platform's sports section. Match-fixing, insider information, and any form of corruption in relation to events offered on the Platform are grounds for immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gv666 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other technology to access or interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain credits or winnings not fairly won.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or gv666 staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security systems or technical access controls.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gv666 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, data compilations, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of gv666 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of gv666. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gv666 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform; (b) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) any losses attributable to the failure, delay, interruption, suspension, or restriction of the Platform; (d) any loss arising from the actions of third-party payment providers; or (e) any loss arising from a force majeure event including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or cyber attacks.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gv666 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

11 Responsible Gaming

gv666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered Players, accessible from within the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps.
• Session Time Limits: Automatically log out after a pre-set period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of total time spent on the Platform during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a set period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by gv666

gv666 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; the Account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe requested; or the continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the Company.

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the gv666 support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements that have not been met) will be returned to your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. gv666 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing a final balance payment upon account closure.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences and permissions granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 15 — shall continue to apply after the termination of your Account.

14 Amendments to These Terms

gv666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account, no less than seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except in cases where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or to address an urgent security or fraud risk.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2 prior to the amendment taking effect.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable international online gaming laws and the internal policies of gv666. In the event of a dispute between you and gv666 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation may be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

For disputes relating to specific bet outcomes or game results, you must submit a formal complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered. gv666 targets acknowledgement of all formal complaints within 48 hours (BST) and a full resolution response within 14 business days.
